Online Room Reservation Policies - Please Read Before Submitting Your Request Conditions:
- Internet reservations are for individual reservations only. Web site rate plans are
non-commissionable and therefore unavailable to tour operators or travel agents.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a room.
- Children 17 and younger stay free of charge in the same room accompanied by
an adult who is 21 or older.
- Credit card used to secure reservation must be presented upon check-in by
authorized cardholder (no third party credit cards accepted).
- Deposit of first night room and tax in U.S. dollars will be charged to your
credit card immediately.
- Valid photo ID (Country ID, passport, military I.D.) required upon check-in.
- Cancellations require a 24 hour notice to qualify for refund of deposit.
- Reservations booked within 24 hours of arrival will not qualify for refund or cancellation.
- Rates are subject to change pending completion of successful booking.
- All requests for room type, bedding, location, and smoking preference are based
upon availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed.
- Hotel check-in starts at 1:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.

- Cabanas El Coco shall not be responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected,
incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed
online reservation requests.
- Groups of 3 rooms or more, please call our office in Managua,
